We want you to love your succulents, but due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged Plants Upon Arrival
If your plant arrives in poor condition due to the shipping process, we’re here to help! Please email us at info@bestsucculentsusa.com with clear photos of the issue within 24 hours of delivery. This includes instances of rot or severe damage. Upon review, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

Minor leaf damage: Small tears, bent leaves, or minor imperfections are normal during transit.

Color variations: Plants may appear slightly different in color due to natural growth cycles, lighting, or seasonal changes.

Cluster separation or overgrowth: Growth patterns may vary, and some clusters may naturally separate during handling.

Shipping delays or carrier issues: We cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect addresses: Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error will not be refunded or replaced. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
Weather Awareness
It’s important to plan your purchase with weather in mind!

Immediate unpacking: Open your package as soon as it arrives to ensure your plants are not exposed to prolonged transit stress.

Extreme temperatures: Plants cannot survive being left outside in extreme heat or freezing conditions. During Winter and Summer months, please verify your local weather forecast before placing an order.

Plants and Packing Process

Bare-root shipping: All plants are shipped bare root, without soil or pots. You will receive the exact plant shown in the photos unless marked as a "random" selection.

Variations in appearance: Shape and color may vary slightly due to factors such as weather, seasonal changes, lighting conditions, temperature, growth, and import circumstances.

Minimal root systems: Imported plants may have bare or minimal roots due to import restrictions. However, roots will grow quickly once the plants are planted in soil and given proper care.

Quality checks: Every plant is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Eco-friendly packing: We carefully pack your succulents to ensure they arrive safely. Please unpack your package gently. To reduce waste, we may use repurposed materials such as recycled boxes and newspapers for packing and shipping.

USPS Priority packages include $100 of insurance. If additional coverage is needed, please contact us before shipping.

Tracking information: Tracking numbers will be emailed to the address provided with your order once processing is complete. Please monitor your delivery status. If your package is delayed or not received, contact your local post office or USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777 for assistance.

Carrier responsibility: Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we have no control over its transit or delivery. For lost packages, you may file a claim with USPS directly by contacting their customer service at 1-800-275-8777 or USPS website File a Claim | USPS
